The James C. Lee Building is a 12-story, 1,500-space parking deck and 6-story, 115,000 square-foot medical office building for Children's Hospital on the block bounded by 3rd and 4th Avenue South and 16th and 17th Streets.

The building was designed by Williams-Blackstock Architects and built by Brasfield & Gorrie for $54 million. The parking garage opened on July 29, 2019 and the offices, facing 4th Avenue with a pedestrian bridge linking it to the hospital, opened in September of the same year. The building provides office space for more than 200 non-clinical support services staff who had previously been working from off-campus locations. The building is named for former board chairman James C. Lee III.
