Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q is a casual dining restaurant chain founded in 1985 by insurance executive Jim Pihakis and his son Nick.

The chain currently includes thirteen locations, seven of which are in the Birmingham area. Other locations include Montgomery, Destin and Niceville (Florida), Nashville, Charleston and Hiram (Georgia). The chain is expanding not by typical franchising, but by adding partners to the overall ownership. New locations are planned in Tennessee, North and South Carolina, and twelve in the Atlanta area. Three stores are also planned in Colorado. Rights to the Atlanta area are split between new partners Bob McGurk (western metro) and Bryan Lyman (eastern metro).

A typical new Jim 'N Nick's location seats 215 diners in 5,500 square feet and costs around $3 million to construct. Yearly revenues average over $4 million. Up to 40 percent of revenues come from take out and catering orders.
