Magnolia City Place (formerly Northgate Village Shopping Center) is a shopping plaza located at the intersection of Odom Road and Fieldstown Road in Gardendale. It was originally built in 1986 and was renamed to Magnolia City Place in 2014 after undergoing significant renovations.
The 2014 renovations were by Preferred Growth Properties, a division of Books-a-Million.
