The Martin Biscuit Building is a 2-story, 53,776 square foot commercial building located on the southeast corner of 2nd Avenue South at 29th Street. It was constructed in 1928 as a bakery for the Martin Biscuit Company.
The company closed in 1948. The building was redeveloped by Sloss Real Estate as part of their Pepper Place district in the 1990s.
