Miami Fusion Café is a restaurant specializing in Puerto Rican, Cuban and Dominican cuisine located in the former Cameo Cafe building at 2015 5th Avenue North. The restaurant, a successor to the Miami Café in Pelham and Miami Café Xpress in Hoover, is known for its "CariMaki" Caribbean-inspired fusion sushi rolls and for its "Jesus cake", a tres leches cake.

Luis and Samantha Delgado opened the restaurant on May 22, 2017 with help from chef Juan Beras and Luis' stepfather Bruce Hammer. In 2019 they expanded with a tiki bar at 2017 5th Avenue and an event hall spanning both buildings upstairs. They also inaugurated the El Conquistador food truck.

In 2020 the Delgados opened a second location in the Greystone Professional Office Park] at 5511 U.S. Highway 280.
