The Montevallo Gardens Apartments is a 214-unit apartment complex located at on the 200 and 300 blocks of 3rd Avenue Southwest in Titusville just south of Loveman Village and east of Elmwood Cemetery.

Radio personality Shelley Stewart lived at the complex briefly in 1970 when he returned to WENN-AM. The manager gave him a discount on the application fee and allowed him to use a maintenance truck to get to work, expecting that his celebrity would help him fill vacant units.

The then-empty complex was sold for $2.25 million in the Spring of 2009. In July of that year tenants complained to city officials of unsafe and unsanitary conditions at the complex. City inspectors investigated while Council president Carole Smitherman and others organized for applications for Section 8 housing to be made available to residents at a workshop at the Titusville Library.

Fires broke out at the complex on June 26, 2007, April 28 and April 29, 2008, and February 25 and September 30, 2009.
