Oak Trail Apartments is an apartment community off of Brian Drive, north of Parkway Drive (U.S. Highway 78) near Leeds High School.
One building at the complex was damaged by fire in July 2015. Another fire, on April 29, 2016, destroyed a 20-unit building.
