Seeds Coffee is a non-profit coffee shop operated by Common Threads and owned by brothers Jeff and Brett Huey with partners Taylor McCall, Rod Lee and Stephen Stepkoski. It opened at 174 Oxmoor Road on April 13, 2013. The goal of the company is to establish linkages which improve the quality of life for coffee growers as well as consumers.

Seeds launched a crowdfunding campaign to help finance the opening of their second location at 29 Seven in Lakeview in November 2017. That location closed in December 2019.
