13-17 Office Park Circle is a complex of three buildings on a sloping 4.7-acre lot at the center of Office Park Circle in Mountain Brook's Office Park.
Two complex, constructed in 1958, flanks a grassy courtyard area which features a series of fountains. Footbridges across a drainage swale lead to the northwest entrances on the 2nd level. The lower level is accessed from the rear, on the southeast.
The two, three-story buildings (13-14 and 15-16) are approximately 38,000 square feet each, with the smaller 17 building enclosing around 7,500 square feet.
