2700 at Homewood, formerly Crestview Apartments, is a 2-story, 150-unit apartment complex located at 2700 Temple Crest Drive, between Columbiana Road and Palisades Boulevard in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood. The complex was constructed in 1970.
In 2021 Northway Equities of Cedarhurst, New York sold the complex to another investment group for $12.19 million.
