2800 Milan Court, formerly known as the OADI Technology Center or UAB Business Services Building, was a 3-story, 68,495 square-foot office building backing up to Red Mountain Park at 2800 Milan Court, in the Oxmoor Corporate Park in Birmingham's Oxmoor neighborhood.

The building was constructed in 1997 by the UAB Research Foundation as an anchor of what was then known as the UAB Research Park. It housed the Office for the Advancement of Developing Industries (OADI), a business incubator with a focus on medical and biotechnological research and development. The incubator merged with the Entrepreneurial Center and relocated to the Innovation Depot in downtown Birmingham in 2007. The property was put on the market with an asking price of $10 million. It had been thought to have been a leading contender for a new influenza vaccine manufacturing plant planned by Solvay Pharmaceuticals.

Once Solvay decided not to build a plant, the building was taken off the market and continued to house UAB Business Services.

In 2021 UAB Business Services relocated to leased space in western Jefferson County. Tynes Development Corp. acquired the property and announced plans to redevelop the site as a 294-unit apartment complex.
