2801 Old 280 Court

2801 Old 280 Court is a 6,300 square-foot one-story office building located on a 1.1-acre site at 2801 Old 280 Court, off of Cahaba River Road between U.S. Highway 280 and I-459 in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood. The modern-style building features a shallow hipped metal roof with deep overhangs supported on cylindical concrete columns, with the corners cantilevered.

The building was constructed in 2007 by Hallmark Builders for its corporate offices. The site, then in unincorporated Jefferson County, was re-zoned from E-2 (Estate) to C-P (Preferred Commercial) to allow the development.

In 2016 the Callahan Eye Hospital Authority began leasing the building for a UAB Medicine Callahan Eye Hospital Clinic. In June 2021 the University of Alabama Board of Trustees approved a motion to purchase the property for $2.5 million.
