2901 18th Street Homewood is a 5,000 square-foot, one-story strip shopping center on a 1/2-acre parcel at 2901–2915 18th Street South in downtown Homewood. It is fronted by a parking lot along 18th Street, between 29th Avenue South and an alley aligned with Reese Street.
In May 2023 investor James Stracener acquired the property for $3.3 million from several owners which included Carolyn Bell Dunbar.
