3324 Independence Drive is a 2-story, 5,000 square-foot office building constructed in 1972 on a 0.4-acre parcel at 3324 Independence Drive (U.S. Highway 31) in Homewood. The brick-clad building has a projecting roof supported on 8 square columns.

The Alabama Press Association's APA Journalism Foundation purchased the building in 1993 and leased space to the APA and to Alabama Newspaper Advertising and another ground floor tenant, providing a revenue stream for its non-profit mission to support journalism education in the state. They sold the property to PMT Publishing owner T. J. Potts for $835,000 in 2018.

Between 2019 and 2021 the brick and trim were painted white.
