Croux is a Birmingham-based company which operates an online platform for hiring short-term restaurant and hospitality workers.

It was founded in October 2021 by Jennifer Ryan, Lindsey Noto, Kenny Kung, Stewart Price, and Brett Ables. Ryan is the company's CEO. It received early funding from Alabama Launchpad.

The company's app debuted in May 2022. Business users pay a monthly fee to post openings, and a service fee when a hire is made. Initially the service was limited to the Birmingham area, but has since spread to Tuscaloosa, Auburn, Florence, Muscle Shoals, and Atlanta, Georgia. The company has partnered with Giving Kitchen, an Atlanta-based non-profit, to support its "Stability Network" for hospitality needing emergency assistance.

TitletownTech of Green Bay, Wisconsin led a $1 million funding round for Croux in 2023.
