Grandview Physicians Plaza is an 207,588 square-foot, 8-story medical office building adjoining Grandview Medical Center. It was developed in 2015 by Daniel Corporation with Seavest Healthcare Properties of White Plains, New York (later renamed Rethink Capital Partners.)

The Grandview Physicians Plaza II building was completed in 2022, and is connected by an elevated open-air pedestrian bridge. The original building has since been called " Grandview Physicians Plaza I".

In 2024 ReThink refinanced the $37 million mortgage on the building with First Citizens Bank of Atlanta, Georgia.
