Jace Johnson (born c. 1999 in Bessemer) is a brakeman for the U.S. World Cup 4-man bobsled team.

Johnson, the son of Howard Johnson and Kim Jenkins, was a National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta member at McAdory High School, graduating in 2017. He was also a first team All-Area basketball player for James Poindexter's Yellow Jackets.

Johnson went on to attend Chattahoochee Valley Community College in Phenix City, Russell County. He went on to complete a bachelor of science in kinesiology at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, where he was a reserve guard for the Mustangs basketball team. While there he had a conversation with his strength and conditioning coach about bobsledding, recalling his enjoyment of the 1993 feature film "Cool Runnings" based on Jamaica's men's bobsled team in the 1988 Winter Olympics. He applied and was accepted to a rookie camp, and was selected for the World Cup team in November 2023. His team finished second in one of the two podium events during the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (ISBF) North American Cup in March 2024. He trained in Winterberg, Germany for the IBSF World Championships, but did not compete. He hopes to be able to compete in the 2026 Winter Olympics in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
