Julia A. Davis (born c. 1999) is an entrepreneur and social media influencer with more than 750,000 followers on TikTok, where she posts videos with her pets.

Davis earned her bachelor's degree in communications at the University of Montevallo in 2020. While in school she successfully developed, published, and marketed "The Practical Planner" personal planning notebook. She went on to complete a master's degree in public relations at the University of Alabama in 2022. While there she launched the Little Business Library, an online directory of small businesses that sell products from their own websites.

She was working as a communications specialist for UAB when she first began posting about her "Coop Kitties" on TikTok. The previous resident at her house had abandoned a cat, which she found in her backyard chicken coop and named Cooper ("Coop" for short). Seeing how many fans her videos with Coop had attracted, she reached out for help to pay a $1,000 veterinary bill for him. Her GoFundMe eventually raised more than $33,000.

Coop was soon joined by a second stray, which she found in the same place and named Rufus ("Roof"). She has since adopted two more cats, which share spacer with her dog, Remi (which had survived being shot in Northport).

With support from her community of followers Davis has been able to help other pet owners donate to the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter, and establish a fund to help people otherwise unable to pay veterinary bills. When she was laid off from UAB, she decided to focus on cultivating her social media brand, with the goal of being able to use it to support good causes. She spends between 3 and 6 hours a day filming and editing video content, with additional time responding to comments, messages and emails.

Davis won an "Animal Advocate Award" at the 2023 Cheer Choice Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada, which were presented by the Monument, Colorado-based non-profit Spread The Cheer USA.
