Donald MacDonald Russell III is the co-owner of the Shindigs catering company and food truck as well as DMac's restaurant and market in Forest Park.

Russell started Shindigs in 2011 after working in the kitchen at Hot and Hot Fish Club and as the executive chef at Standard Bistro in Mt Laurel. DMac's restaurant and market are an extension of Shindigs, featuring produce from the two farms owned by Shindigs and featuring meat from local farms. DMac's opened in fall 2016.
