The Marland Apartments is a 40-unit apartment complex located at 2727 Jefferson Avenue in Germania Park. The complex was constructed in 1972.
In 2021 Marland Apartments was one of two properties sold by an affiliate of the Global Ministries Foundation of Cordova, Tennessee to the Millennia Cos. of Cleveland, Ohio. The selling price was $3.12 million.
