Mauricio Papapietro (born January 12, 1979 in Birmingham) is the owner of Brick & Tin restaurant in downtown Birmingham.
Papapietro graduated from Altamont School and attended University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. He decided to become a chef and worked under Frank Stitt at Highlands Bar and Grill until 2010 when he opened Brick & Tin, a gourmet sandwich shop, on 20th Street North.
