Pathway Baptist Church was a Baptist church located at 1168 Ashville Road (U.S. Highway 411) in Leeds.

It met in a building erected in 1938 for First Baptist Church of Leeds, on the site of the former Shiloh Presbyterian Church and next to Shiloh Cemetery, backing up to the Little Cahaba River. The adjoining Sunday School building opened in 1952.

After First Baptist moved to a new building on Parkway Drive in 1972, Pathway Baptist acquired their old building. The church dissolved well before 2010, after which time the structure fell into disrepair. In 2010 former Mayor of Leeds Jack Courson led an effort to secure and repair the building so it could be marketed for re-use, but it remained vacant.

The building was destroyed by fire on January 20, 2024.
