Pell City Square is a 147,500 square-foot retail shopping center on the 19-acre site of the former St Clair Regional Hospital on Dr John Haynes Drive in Pell City.

The project was proposed by Noon Pell City LLC. The City Council of Pell City approved up to $5 million in cash incentives for the project, plus a 2% rebate on sales tax for 20 years, capped at $9.5 million. For the purposes of recouping funds the city spent to upgrade infrastructure at the site, the center was designated as a "cooperative district" in which licenses for business at the center would be subject to an extra 1% tax to pay off a $6.5 million bond issue.

The development plan was approved by the city in August 2022 and construction began that September. The initial complement of stores opened between August and October 2023.
