SpringHouse Restaurant is a fine dining establishment at the Russell Crossroads development on Our Children's Highway at Lake Martin, south of Alexander City.

The business was developed in 2009 by Russell Lands with Rob McDaniel as executive chef, and with menu input from chef/restaurateur Chris Hastings. The 200-seat restaurant was designed by Dungan Nequette Architects, using natural stone and rough-sawn timbers. It has two outdoor patios and a private lounge and dining room with terrace upstairs. A separate "Well House" dining pavilion connects to the main building via the wine cellar.

McDaniel left in 2020 to open his own restaurant, Helen, in the Meelheim Building in downtown Birmingham. He was succeeded by Pete McKenny as executive chef. Chef de cuisine is Andrew Ellis.

On December 23, 2023 a fire broke out in the main dining room chimney, which was employed for some cooking, and spread into the attic. Prior to reopening, the restaurant served a limited dinner menu from the neighboring Fanny Goldmine Diner
