University Crossings

University Crossings is a 210-unit apartment complex located at 261 3rd Avenue Southwest in North Titusville, near the Villas at Titusville public housing project (formerly Loveman Village).

DVC II (Alabama) Holdings LP sold the property to Red Mountain Villas Partners for just over $2 million in 2018. They renovated the apartments, and sold them to Apex Equity Group in 2020 for $9 million.
