2170 Highland Avenue is a two-story office building on Highland Avenue in the Five Points South area of Birmingham. It was originally built as the Travelers Building and housed the local offices of the Travelers Insurance Companies.

The building was heavily remodeled in 1999 for the offices of Donald Watkins' Alamerica Bank. Watkins formed the First Highland Group to develop the property. An adjoining vacant house was torn down at that time for additional parking. Southpace Properties is the building manager.

On September 1, 2013 First Highland defaulted on the mortgage for the property and quickly filed for bankruptcy protection to negotiate to prevent foreclosure.
