It has partnered with McCarter & Son Construction and Triumphant Kingdom Builders to develop an $11 million, 57,000 square foot manufacturing facility and 17,000 square foot job-training center at the site of the former BFI terminal at 32 1st Avenue North in Birmingham.
The city of Birmingham made an agreement to rebate $150,000 in occupational taxes over ten years and to contribute toward the cost of adjacent land needed for parking.
