The Pelham Towne Center is a 74,000 square-foot shopping center on a 9.82-acre parcel at 321–365 Huntley Parkway, alongside Shelby County Road 52 just east of I-65 Exit 242 in Pelham.
The center was built in 2008 and is anchored by a Publix supermarket. In January 2023 Encore Retail of Plano, Texas sold the property to Twin Oaks Co. of Fairhope, Baldwin County.
