Helen Harrison Phillips (born c. 1942) was the president of First National Bank of Shelby County.

Phillips resigned as the bank's president on September 2, 2005, after First National's holding company, Columbiana Bankshares, was acquired by Mississippi-based M&F Bank.

Phillips was indicted by a grand jury on February 26, 2009 of bank fraud, stemming from a loan Phillips took out with First National in the name of her housekeeper and attempted to hide it from auditors.
