City Meats & Vegetables is a butcher shop and convenience store located in the former Mills Restaurant at 5535 1st Avenue North in Woodlawn. It is owned by Randy Newell.
In 2011 City Meats began selling fresh produce from A & P Farms in Etowah County as part of a pilot project administered by Main Street Birmingham to promote produce sales in neighborhood markets in areas underserved by large grocery chains.
