The Resting S Ranch is a 12,304 square-foot 4-bedroom, 7-bath residence adjacent to Oak Mountain State Park off Cahaba Valley Road at Bishop Lane in Indian Springs. It was built in 2009 for ReLife Inc. founder and former Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital director Michael Stephens.
The house includes a cinema, catering kitchen, elevator and dog-washing parlor. The 82-acre property has been used to breed Arabian horses and includes a birthing barn, stables, offices, a riding arena and training pen. It is currently on the market for $11.65 million.
