The Acton Ridge Building or Acton Ridge 4 is a 2-story, 58,918 square-foot office building at 2550 Acton Road in unincorporated Jefferson County.
The building was developed in 2000 by Thomas McLeod as a "world headquarters" for his McLeod Software company, which then had 150 employees. It was designed by his brother, architect Bruce McLeod, and built by Brasfield & Gorrie. The building's roof, HVAC units and energy management system were replaced in 2016.
McLeod Software relocated to Building 100 at the Meadow Brook Corporate Park in 2018. The Acton Ridge building was then offered for sale at an asking price of $7.66 million. The Birmingham Realty Co. acquired the building in December 2021 for $8.1 million.
