John Snow Jemison Jr (born 1908; died 1988) was president of the Jemison Investment Company.

Jemison was the son of John and Margaret Pockman Jemison. He graduated from Phillips High School and earned his bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina in 1931. He began his career as a loan officer for the Bank of The Manhattan Company (now Chase Manhattan Bank) and also worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York before returning to Birmingham in 1947 as a partner at Hugo Marx & Company. He married the former Marie Stokes and had four children: John III, Dick, Dorothy, and Margaret Lloyd.

He joined his family's investment firm, then called John S. Jemison and Associates, in 1955. The firm purchased the Pizitz department store chain from Sam and Isadore Pizitz in 1959. Jemison was inducted into the 1990 class of the Alabama Business Hall of Fame.

Jemison died in 1988 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
