The Postmaster of Birmingham is the administrative head of the Birmingham Post Office, currently overseeing 23 facilities and more than 800 employees. Birmingham's postmaster is responsible for delivery of mail to all ZIP codes beginning with "352".
The Birmingham Post Office was created on September 5, 1871. The current postmaster, John Richardson Jr is the 31st person to hold the office.
