The Battery II is a mixed-use redevelopment of the Raden building and adjoining structures on the southwest corner of 22nd Street and 2nd Avenue South, across 22nd Street from The Battery, previously redeveloped by Ward Neely.

The 40,000 redevelopment project was undertaken by Neely's Magic City Slicker LLC. Fifth Dimension Architecture & Interiors designed the renovations which were carried out by Neely Construction on a $10 million budget.

The project was designed for restaurants, bars or retail on the ground floor and an "automated hotel" on the upper floors. Construction began in 2020, but was stalled during the COVID pandemic. An investment from office tenant Addicus Private Equity allowed development to resume in 2022.
