I See Me, Inc. is a non-profit organization promoting childhood literacy and love of reading. It was founded in 2018 by Devon Frazier.

While Frazier was working as a reading, writing and language arts teacher at Fairfield's Robinson Elementary School she put out a call for donations of books for children that featured people of color that her students could take home. The appeal returned several times more donations than she expected and became the launching point for the non-profit.

In addition to distributing reading materials to children's homes through the "First Library" campaign, the group carries out several programs, including "Real Men Read" which exposes kids to positive male role models; "Just Us Girls" which fosters supportive discussions; and "Crown Me", an incentive program offering free hair cuts.

One of Frazier's early supporters is comedian Roy Wood Jr, who gave I See Me a shout-out while hosting "The Daily Show" on Comedy Central in April 2023.
