Grandview Physicians Plaza is an 207,588 square-foot, 8-story medical office building adjoining Grandview Medical Center. It was developed in 2015 by Daniel Corporation with Seavest Healthcare Properties of White Plains, New York.

The Grandview Physicians Plaza II building was completed in 2022, and is connected by an elevated open-air pedestrian bridge.
