1905 Park Place

1905 Park Place is a 4,280 square-foot, one-story commercial building at 1901-1909 Park Place, adjacent to the Park Place Tower and facing AT&T City Center tower across 19th Street North, and the City Hall Parking Deck across Park Place.

In 2019 the building was purchased by Green Rock and Ironvest Partners for $405,000. The new owners made exterior repairs with plans to market the vacant spaces for lease on a build-to-suit basis.

• 1903: former location of Sneaky Pete's
• 1905-1909: former location of Park Place Cafe, Rosato's Deli
