3570 Grandview Parkway, also called the Grandview Building, is a two-story, 29,000 square-foot office building located on Grandview Parkway, across U.S. Highway 280 from Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood.
The building was constructed in 1993 and renovated in 2006. Since the opening of the hospital in 2015, the building has transitioned from regular office tenants to medical practices.
An one-story addition to the north side of the building's porte-cochere houses American Health Imaging.
In 2021 the property was sold by Thornton Real Estate Holdings to Healthcare Realty Trust of Gadsden for $9.25 million.
