Aberdeen Road is a 1/3-mile long residential street in Birmingham's Redmont Park neighborhood.

The road begins on the south side of Crest Road, just east of the Red Mountain cut. It drops onto the southern slope of Red Mountain, intersecting with Henrietta Road and Lanark Road, then turning east where it intersects again with Crest Road before terminating at Key Circle, where Arlington Avenue becomes Cahaba Road.
