Bettola Trattoria is an Italian café and grill located at 2901 2nd Avenue South in the Martin Biscuit Building at Dr Pepper Place. The restaurant, which opened in 2006, specializes in pizzas and grilled flatbread sandwiches.

The owners, Jim and Anna Lewis, researched and obtained the best mixer, oven, and ingredients needed to make a truly authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. The oven was made by Forno Napoletano.
