The Birmingham, Selma & Mobile Railroad (originally the Birmingham, Selma & Pensacola Railroad) was a freight carrier active from 1910 to 1931. The Birmingham, Selma & Pensacola Railroad was incorporated on July 26, 1910 and acquired on December 23, 1913 by the newly-incorporated Birmingham, Selma & Mobile Railroad.

The railroad carried primarily timber freight between Brent (Bibb County) and Mobile, connecting to the Mobile & Ohio Railroad at its northern terminus. From Brent the line extended southwest toward Jericho on track purchased from the Suttle & Weaver Land & Lumber Company and then extended. The railroad ended its operations in November 1931.
