The Birmingham Postal Distribution Center or Birmingham Postal Annex is a 175,000-square-foot U.S. Postal Service distribution facility located at 4500 1st Avenue South in East Avondale.

The center is owned by the Postal Realty Trust of Cedarhurst, New York. They purchased it in 2021 from the Urban Investment Research Corp. of Lemont, Illinois for $7.65 million. UIRC had bought it in 2015 from the Genesis Financial Group of Grosse Ile Township, Michigan for $5.15 million.
