Chez Fonfon is a 75-seat French bistro owned by Frank and Pardis Stitt with Chris Mancill which neighbors their Highlands Bar and Grill in the Spanish Stores at 2005 11th Avenue South.

Fonfon opened in 2000 with an investment of a little over $350,000 and named for a French idiom meaning "sure, sure". The menu features informal "petite cuisine" items like sandwiches, omelettes and sausages as well as mussels, steaks and grilled fish specials. Continental Bakery developed a special white/wheat sourdough for the restaurant.

The interior decor was designed by Patrick Dunne of New Orleans, Louisiana. An outdoor courtyard features a boule court.
