This article is about the shopping center on Gadsden Highway. For the one on Chalkville Mountain Road, see Colonial Promenade at Trussville.

Colonial Promenade at Tutwiler Farm is a 644,254 square-foot shopping center located on Gadsden Highway near the I-459/I-59 exchange in Trussville. The center is owned by Colonial Properties Trust and opened in the fall of 2000 on land previously occupied by a golf driving range.

Major tennants include Super Target, Home Depot, Academy Sports and Outdoors, TJ Maxx, Michaels, and Books-A-Million. Outparcels include Chili's, Lifeway Christian Bookstore, and Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q.

A second phase opened in 2008, including an HH Gregg electronics and appliance store along Roosevelt Boulevard. The Pinnacle at Tutwiler Farm development is located behind the shopping center.

Old Navy was an original tennant, and closed in January 2014 after the clothing retailer relocated to Grand River in Leeds. The space was filled later that year by Royal Furniture.
