Datacy Inc. is a technology company that publishes a platform allowing businesses to purchase "ethically-sourced" anonymized user data from willing participants' online and smart device apps. Users would be able to receive cash payments for sharing their data. The company was founded in Dayton, Tennessee in 2018 by Kaleb Wilson, who now serves as chief technology officer. The company's CEO, Paroma Indilo, is based in London, England.

After winning investment capital from the Alabama Futures Fund in 2021 the company agreed to relocate its US headquarters offices to Birmingham.
