The December 2015 Birmingham Bowl was the 10th contest in the annual postseason Birmingham Bowl series at Legion Field which began in 2006. The game was played for the second year with no corporate title sponsor.

The contest took place in a light rain on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 with the Auburn Tigers (6-6) of the Southeastern Conference meeting the 9-3 Memphis Tigers of the American Athletic Conference. The announced crowd was a record-high 59,430.
