William Denham had been associated with Clarence L Hutchisson and A. J. Downey in Mobile before [[1916]]. <!--[[William Denham|William Leslie Denham]] born 1879 in Louisiana. Graduated from the Louisiana State University with a B.S. in architecture in 1900. A William L. Denham worked as a superintendent for the Contractors Building Company in St Louis in 1908 and was listed as builder for several small theatres in Missouri and Illinois. Credited with designing alterations to the Mobile City Hall in 1910. Married Laura Eubank Hamilcar, daughter of a Methodist minister and Pensacola prohibitionist leader. Denham & Denham, originally Denham, Van Keuren & Denham, was an architecture firm active in Birmingham in the 1920s. The firm was founded in 1924 with William Denham, ___ Denham and E. B. Van Keuren as partners, and with offices in the Age-Herald Building.

William Denham had been associated with Clarence L Hutchisson and A. J. Downey in Mobile before 1916.

The firm was dissolved in 1928 with Denham & Denham and their former partner both keeping offices in the Comer Building.
