Douglas L. Ragland is the superintendent of Midfield City Schools.

Biography

Ragland began his career as a teacher in Birmingham City Schools. He went on to become a Birmingham principal and later administrator. Ragland was superintendent of Greene County schools in 2007 when he was selected from a field of five candidates for Midfield's superintendent position after Donnie Breaseale announced he was retiring effective on August 1, 2007.
