Eastgate Shopping Center is a 38,590 square-foot strip mall on 3.36 acres at 1601–1629 Center Point Parkway in Center Point.
The center was built in 1970 and was renovated in 1983. By October 2012, it was roughly half-occupied. Over the next decade that Center Point City Council pressed the Chicago, Illinois-based owners to make repairs to the deteriorating property, but instead they put it up for auction.
Eastgate Shopping Center was acquired by Steve Merchant's Merchant Investment Group in 2021.
